Think that you’re standing right at the corner of a cricket field, and you want to get to the pitch (pavilion side). You know exactly where to go and you start from your place. A streaker runs right at you and you know what to do… ditch him and surge forward! What if someone throws a soda can?just avoid it… what if someone buids a entire wall across you and the pitch? you can come right back and jump over it if possible or take a round about route. These are all tacticts, they change, they Must change! but the goal of reaching the pitch at the pavilion side remains the same and firm!
When attaining a near normal blood sugar levels (Goal) our tacticts may change. You can follow whichever helpful (so called) regimen, diet, mode of treatment, lifestyle advises, health blogs, books and many many more things. Its a free world, do what is necessary.. but attaining goal is all important. Regular periodic monitoring of blood glucose values, specially Hba1c% (shoud be less than 7 to 7.5 %) will certainly help you to assess the condition. A tactic is not working….PLEASE change it immediately.. Do not waste time…remeber the Goal…dont be nostalgic/egoistic in changeing the useless Tactic.
