No, its really true! When a person eats only couple of times a day, eats only whats nourishes the body and provide just the right amount of the calories, when one becomes wise enough to do a minimum 30 mins physical activity with other activity the entire day and maintain an Ideal Body weight, BMI 18 to 23.
Then he/she can be free from all the chronic diseases including Diabetes! and im definately going to be jobless! Well, thats what im hoping and aiming for… 🙂
