Some days I really feel low, all the plan about way forward stalls for some time. Neither I achieve anything nor do something creative. But when it comes to taking bath, drinking Coffee, checking the emails, browsing mindlessly through the Facebook/WhatsApp…No problem! All these things will go on without any effort! Here is the deal, there is nothing like a bad day or good day. Its all in the mind, if we have a purpose to attain, then any day will be one more day to do that little thing to move towards that purpose. Some days we can run towards it, other days (when its our so called “Bad Days”) we crawl.
When it comes to diabetes… its the same! Some days we feel good and try and hit the normal target sugars. Other days are not so very good, at times even loose it. Why is that? I reckon we don’t have a purpose here… purpose is to have a healthy complication free long life. How is that possible without the optimal control of Diabetes? One day at a time, inch by inch towards the purpose… off we go!
So there no thing called as a Bad day. Its just a day… what are you going to do with it is the question.
