The dense forest of words is the cause of delusion or madness, its better to learn from ONE reliable practical source (or person here) its a verse (II 60 II) from the Sri Adisankara virachita Vivekachoodamani (a great Spiritual text from ancient Indian tradition). Today is Sri Shankara Jayanti, my salutations to the lotus feet of the great Guru.
There are thousand sources to learn the art of Diabetes control (or solution to any Chronic problem for that matter…) Its not necessary to learn all of them… just stick to one which is appropriate and makes sense.
Now, the question is how will i know that it is The thing? Well, you ll come to know if you choose to…thats all i can say.
