When I was at medical school, i used to be busy..real busy, read many reference books(this was the main passion) apart from that browse the web(sometime useful and other time useless stuffs), listening to all the Fm radio stations (that was type of entertainment we had back in 2002-2008), chit chatting with friends (so called). I would still come short of preparations and hurry up at the last minute. I remember those late night outs during exam study holidays…did the job! I could have prepared for the exams or the Practice (which is happening now- entirely different story) right from day one. I had no clue what am I going to achieve or strive to change something then. It was all happened couple of years ago (my most Useful years so far).
When we are trying to achieve a goal or hit a target, we know exactly what we need to do. No target, no goal. If you are Diabetic, get clear mind about the targets, strive towards it. What if you are not Diabetic, make it a point not to become one (that should be the target). When we know WHAT, then HOW will take care of itself.
Doing only Useful things towards the target (of you choice) is the only way how you will achieve it. Come lets work together towards a world free of Preventable Diabetes. Its possible!
