Times moves on, its always moves on. Time at the surface of the planet earth is entirely different than that of in the outer space or distant galaxies. Time is all appropriate for a give scenario which is again highly variable.
Presently we are in the midst of a Pandemic, things have changed, lots of things changed… Similarly its true even in case of Diabetes. Due to multiple number of metabolic, chemical processes in our body the Blood glucose levels varies from time to time in a single given day.. We call it as Glycemic variability. Look at the pictures below.
Picture A is of a 75 year old Longstanding diabetic patient’s glucose variation chart. If you follow one strip, it depicts a total duration of 24 hours, all those readings above 140 is shown in Yellow and all those readings less than 80 is shown in red.
Picture B is again variable Glucose curve, each color indicates separate days.
So, what now? Its that glucose varies in value.. its given thing. What will you do? Will you try to assess it and try to bring the variation as close to normal as possible or not?
