What is Normal? Getting up at 4am and do Pranayam (ancient Yogic Mindful breathing practices to develop focus) and Yogasana’s? or getting up almost at 8am (Just before running for that city bus)?
Having fried egg and ham for break fast? Or Idlies (a south Indian dish commonly eaten for breakfast) instead? Meeting some specific group of friends at some regular place? Wearing same set of uniform on designated days?
Its all correct at the appropriate cases right? Have you ever wondered why we do what we do? How it all started? If you ask me, I have no clue, I think I just followed what people did it in my family and in my surrounding… I never really asked this questions until recently(couple of years ago). Certain practices make us like Robots… like we are in some sort of pre programmed algorithm. We ending up in doing same set of practice over and over again.. getting same results.
Can even once a day do something very different than what we did all these years? Only one task I’m asking….
