Many of us must be facing this very often, we do the work everyday (Job, diet, exercise etc) without loosing the track, for many years but still no results(the ideal place where we want to reach)…. We wonder why…is there anything we missing…?
Absolutely right! The path towards the goal is clearly defined (by You of course), even after working everyday, no results (today’s topic)…
You better change the path (not the goal), same applies to diabetes.
